1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a Kemetvra license, downloading Kemetvra software or using Kemetvra services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use Kemetvra for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and customer information

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly notifying Kemetvra if you believe your account or license credentials have been compromised.

3. Trials

Eligible customers may receive a time-limited trial for the plan selected at signup. Trial availability, duration, features and eligibility may change. Trials are intended for genuine evaluation and may be limited by customer, account, domain, installation or other anti-abuse controls.

Unless a checkout flow explicitly states otherwise, a trial does not automatically charge you. When a trial ends, trial-only cloud or premium services may stop until a paid license is activated. Kemetvra will not intentionally delete your WordPress content merely because a trial expires.

4. Software license and permitted use

Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, Kemetvra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the licensed software on the number of sites or seats included in your plan during the license term.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share or commercially redistribute a license key or protected installer except where a written Kemetvra reseller or partner agreement expressly permits it. You may not bypass license enforcement, signature verification, seat limits or technical controls.

5. Pricing, payments, renewals and refunds

Prices, taxes, currencies and plan limits are shown at checkout or on the applicable pricing page. Introductory, founding-customer or promotional pricing may be subject to stated eligibility or continuity conditions. Payment obligations begin only when you place a paid order.

Renewal behavior will be disclosed at checkout when recurring billing is enabled. If a purchase is not configured for automatic renewal, continued access after expiry requires a new or renewed license. Refund, cancellation or suspension treatment may vary by product, payment provider, law and the policy presented at purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Kemetvra to attack systems you do not own or have permission to test, distribute malware, evade lawful security controls, abuse infrastructure, interfere with service availability, violate intellectual-property rights or engage in unlawful activity.

7. Security service limitations

Kemetvra is designed to reduce security risk, detect threats and support prevention, remediation and recovery workflows. No security product can guarantee that a website will never be compromised, that every vulnerability or malicious file will be detected, or that every recovery attempt will succeed.

You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, administrator access controls, hosting security, software updates and business continuity arrangements. Features may depend on WordPress, hosting, third-party services, network availability and supported software versions.

8. Intellectual property

Kemetvra software, branding, documentation, interfaces, cloud services and related materials are owned by or licensed to Kemetvra and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms provide usage rights only and do not transfer ownership.

9. Suspension and termination

Kemetvra may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, license abuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful use or material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will seek to provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

10. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kemetvra services are provided on an “as available” basis and implied warranties are excluded where legally permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kemetvra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the service. Any aggregate liability that may legally be limited will not exceed the amount paid for the affected Kemetvra service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to services or terms

We may improve, replace or discontinue features and may update these terms when products, laws or business practices change. Material changes will be published with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
